1.0 Introduction
----------------
1.1 Introduction
----------------
Have you ever wished of having an easy way of attaching your
"signature" to the end of messages when using OLX or OLX-TD?
Well wish no more. SIG is here.
SIG is an extension to Offline Xpress Mail Reader (OLX or
OLX-TD) that will automatically append a signature file to
the end of all your messages.
1.2 Copyright
-------------
SIG is released to the public domain, and Arrow Consulting
Services reserves no rights associated with the executable
or associated documentation.
1.3 Disclaimer
--------------

implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose, with respect to this software and
accompanying documentation.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ARROW CONSULTING SERVICES BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS,

BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

2.0 Installation
----------------
2.1 Distribution Files
----------------------
The following is a list of the distribution files:
SIG.EXE This is the main executable file.
SIG.OLX Sample signature file. Use this one, or
modify it to suit your own needs.
SIG.DOC This documentation file.
SIG.CPP C++ source for SIG.
FILE_ID.DIZ Distribution file description
2.2 Installation
----------------
1. Copy the distribution files into your OLX
directory.
2. Modify SIG.OLX using your favourite editor to
create your own unique "signature".
3. Go into OLX and modify (ALT-N) the name of the
editor that you are using to place "SIG" before
the editor name.
i.e. before : "Q"
after : "SIG Q"
before : "C:\SPFPC\SPFPC REPLY.MSG"
after : "SIG C:\SPFPC\SPFPC REPLY.MSG"
etc...
4. That's it. Now when you enter messages, your
signature file will be automatically appended.

3.0 About
---------
3.1 About the Program
---------------------
SIG was developed using Borland's C++ 2.0 along with all of
it's associated tools (IDE, assembler, execution profiler,
etc...).
The program was written late one frosty February night, and
later modified one frosty March night. Damn them Canadian
winters get cold!
3.2 About the Author

The author, John Eady, is a consultant in the Toronto
Ontario area specializing in mainframe CICS/COBOL/DB2
development work. This product is his first real attempt at
writing a C program for the IBM PC, and was primarily
written as a project to learn the language.
